Parts and Accessories:
Parts and accessories can be returned in new, salable condition at buyer’s cost via insured shipment within 14 days of receipt. Please call for a Return Authorization Number. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Additional fees may apply if item is not in new, salable condition.
Push Mowers & Edger
Push mowers and the edger can be returned in new, unused condition at buyer’s cost via insured shipment within 14 days of receipt. Please call for a Return Authorization Number. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Additional fees may apply if item is not in new, unused condition, included but not limited to wear on belts, wheels, pulleys, controls, and paint. Items cannot be returned if oil or gasoline has been added. Ensure you use the same packaging in which item arrived. Any damage/insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.
Wide Area Mowers
Our large mowers can be returned in new, unused condition at buyer’s cost via insured shipment within 14 days of receipt. Please call for a Return Authorization Number. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Additional fees may apply if item is not in new, unused condition, included but not limited to wear on belts, wheels, pulleys, controls, and paint. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number may be refused or delayed.
